Shipping & Delivery

• A nominal charge is applied for all orders across India, with shipments originating from our place in New Delhi.

• As manufacturers, we ensure stringent quality checks to give best services to our customers; standard orders take 2-3 business days to be processed, while some of the products may require longer time.

• All Products have Production and Delivery timeline mentioned on our website.

• Shipping is conducted Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays; incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may delay order processing by 1-2 business days, or longer. We do always ensure to call up and check with you for the same

• Domestic shipping takes about 3-5 business days; returned shipments due to customer-related issues incur a ₹1000 deduction.

• Customers must verify all address details before checkout; changes or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement and cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

• Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments, but we are not liable for packages marked as delivered by couriers but not received by customers.
