How to Maintain Your Wig

Proper wig care helps your wig stay soft, tangle-free, shiny, and long-lasting. Daily Wig Maintenance

* Gently detangle your wig before and after wearing.
* Use a wide-tooth comb or wig brush starting from the ends and moving upward.
* Store the wig on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain its shape.
* Use lightweight serum or leave-in conditioner on the lengths to reduce dryness.
* Keep lace clean and free from glue build up.

How Often Should You Wash Your Wig?
* Regular use: Wash after every 10–15 wears.
* Heavy styling/product use: Wash sooner.
* Occasional use: Wash only when needed.
How to Wash Your Wig
Step 1: Detangle
Gently comb the wig from ends to roots before washing.
Step 2: Wet the Wig
Use lukewarm water and wet the hair in a downward direction.
Step 3: Apply Shampoo
Use sulfate-free shampoo and gently smooth it through the hair.
Do not rub, twist, or scrub the wig.
Step 4: Rinse
Rinse thoroughly with clean lukewarm water.
Step 5: Condition
Apply conditioner mainly on mid-lengths and ends.
Avoid applying conditioner directly on lace or knots.
Step 6: Final Rinse
Rinse again until all product is removed.

How to Dry Your Wig
Towel Dry
Gently pat the wig with a microfiber towel.
Do not twist or wring the hair.
Air Dry
Place the wig on a wig stand and allow it to air dry naturally for best results.
After Drying
* Detangle gently.
* Apply a small amount of serum if needed.
* Style as desired.

Returns, Replacements & Repairs Policy

At Abrbhair, every human hair product is carefully handcrafted and customized through a detailed consultation process before dispatch. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming their purchase.

For Accessories:

All accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

For Wigs, Toppers, Extensions, Wefts:

As our wigs, toppers, extensions, and other human hair products are customized and approved by the customer before dispatch, they are generally not eligible for return or refund based on personal preference, change of mind, dissatisfaction with color, length, density, style, or any other subjective reason.

Prior to dispatch, customers may be contacted for order confirmation and consultation to ensure the selected product meets their requirements.

Concerns Regarding Fit or Product Performance:

If you experience any concerns regarding the fit, application, or performance of your product, we encourage you to contact our team. Many concerns can be resolved through guidance, adjustments, or servicing, and we are committed to helping you achieve the best possible experience with your purchase.

Manufacturing Issues:

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is identified, customers must notify us immediately upon receiving the product.

After reviewing the concern, we may offer:

Repair of the product;
Adjustment or alteration where applicable; or
Replacement, at our sole discretion, if a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Please note that every product undergoes quality checks before dispatch, and manufacturing defects are extremely rare.

Return Requests:

If a customer wishes to return a product despite the above conditions, a return request must be initiated immediately upon receipt of the order.

The product must be dispatched back to us within three (3) working days of delivery (excluding Sundays). Returns dispatched after this period will not be accepted.

Any accepted return must be:

Unused and unaltered;
In its original condition;
Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Refunds

Abrbhair does not offer refunds on customized human hair products once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

At ABRB Hair, we do not offer our customers the option to make returns. If the product received have any issues during the receiving of the product delivery, we request to make a video of opening of the package, and reach out to us within 12 hours of delivery of product with the video in attachment. If any issues, ABRB will be proceed further after reviewing the videos and proofs shared by the customer on the email and further mutual discussions only.
